My name is Rebecca Palmer. I have been teaching The Bradley Method® of Natural childbirth since 2012 and a Doula since 2011. this experience as well as my own births enable me to teach from a place of education and compassion. I have 6 children , I have experienced all different types of birth. I feel that  the Bradley Method®  prepared me for my births with education and understanding of the process of giving birth. I learned many skills for Relaxation and working with my body instead of against it. I used the Bradley Method with my births and encourage my Doula clients to use it as well.

I teach in my home in small private groups or online. Birth is Natural but there is a lot of information to learn so you can have the Natural birth you want. I teach you what to expect from a hospital and a home setting and what your options are. I cover how to advocate for yourself and your family.

In class you learn about pregnancy and all the complications, discomforts and joys, birth and all its nuances and breastfeeding with all its challenges. I cover Exercises designed to help prepare your body for birth and Nutrition for the best Pregnancy free of interventions. We cover communication between you and your partner and your birth team. we watch videos to prepare you for the sights and sounds of birth.
We cover all the tools you need for the birth you want.
My goal is for you to enjoy your pregnancy and birth together and have the experience you want.
