My name is Marisol, and I’m here to help support you in your pregnancy and birth journey. I believe that birth is not just a moment, it’s a transformative experience that deserves to be approached with confidence, connection, and deep support. For over 14 years, I’ve had the honor of teaching The Bradley Method®, guiding families to prepare for birth as a team, grounded in trust, knowledge, and advocacy.
My approach centers on partner-supported birth, because no one should navigate pregnancy, labor, or postpartum alone. Whether you’re planning a home birth, hospital birth, or something in between, my classes are designed to help you and your partner/support person feel informed, empowered, and deeply connected every step of the way.
With over 15 years of experience as a doula and my ongoing journey as a student midwife, I bring both lived experience and knowledge into every class I teach. I’m passionate about helping families understand their options, ask informed questions, and advocate for the care they deserve.
A core part of my work is rooted in community. I am committed to supporting BIPOC families and raising awareness around maternal health disparities and birth outcomes. Together, we create space for honest conversations, culturally conscious care, and collective empowerment.
Class Options
I offer both in-person and live online classes via Zoom to meet you where you are. Each series provides comprehensive, evidence-based education in a warm, supportive environment where your questions, concerns, and experiences are welcomed. Classes are taught at La Fuente, Birth, Postpartum, y Más, a space designed to welcome BIPOC and LGBTQ+ families.
