August Series

August 18 – November 3, 2026

Where is the class held?

The series is located in Wells Branch, 10 minutes north of St. David’s North Austin Medical Center.

When should you take the class?

Ideally, the series should be started no later than 5 months into your pregnancy.  Relaxation takes time to learn, the exercises should be done for at least three months for maximum benefit, and the nutrition is valuable throughout your pregnancy.  And of course you want to finish the series before your baby is born.

I gave birth to my first child in 2013.  The Bradley® classes gave me the information I needed to trust my body and understand the natural process, and it gave my partner the confidence to feel comfortable in their role as my coach.  Under the supervision of our midwives, we had a safe, natural birth in our home.  I had my second child in 2016, and my third in 2017, also at home.

I am so excited to be able to share our experiences and to teach others how they can have a joyous, empowered birth.  I welcome students planning their birth at any location – hospital, birth center, or home – wherever they feel most relaxed and comfortable

Classes are limited to 8 couples, so there is plenty of individual attention, and you will be able to fully participate in discussions and activities.
