Welcome, and congratulations on your pregnancy!  Taking a childbirth class is the perfect way to prepare the best possible welcome for your baby.

Our CHANTILLY classes meet on Thursdays from 07:00 to 09:00 P.M.  Scroll down for the schedule to see where you can fit in.

Though the Bradley Method is a 12-week series, you can get started any time!  Sign up when you’re most comfortable, or at the time that makes the most sense for your due date, and you will learn all the material over the next twelve weeks.  (Students who start with any class other than Class 1 will take part in a brief online orientation session.)

The Bradley Method is designed to instruct both Mom and Dad to be actively engaged, and we teach together as husband and wife to emphasize this crucial point. Wives will learn how to work with their bodies to labor in comfort and peace.  Husbands will learn how to be their wives’ coaches, protectors, and number-one advocates during labor.  Together, couples will learn how to be the perfect team, and why each can’t do this without the other!

In our comprehensive classes, we will cover prenatal nutrition, relaxation practice for labor, pregnancy exercises, preparation for breastfeeding, and more to help you feel ready for the best birth experience for you and your baby.
