Welcome! You’ve come to the perfect place to help you prepare for the birth of your baby and new parenting. Your little one will love that you are willing to invest 12 weeks to learn and actively prepare so that they (and you!) can have the best birth possible. This course will also help you know what your baby really needs as a little human in a brand new world. The Bradley Method® is the very best choice to take advantage of this very special time in your life.

I taught the Bradley Method for 15 years in Los Angeles. Currently, I’m located in Boulder, Colorado and am offering classes to this wonderful community. I really love working with families and helping them feel empowered and confident going into their birth experience and transition to new family life.

Classes are LIVE online each week. Classes are kept small and everyone gets to know each other. I’m available after class for any personal questions you may have and also outside of class time. Local Colorado families are welcome to meet with me in person.

This is an ACTIVE class with lots of preparation and actual practicing – not a couch potato class. We build up on knowledge and techniques bit by bit, starting with the first class and do 2 full labor rehearsals before the course completes. We learn, discuss, prepare and have a lot of fun, too. This course will give you lots of confidence and I’m well-known for helping partners be fully prepared to be wonderful coaches.
