Hi, I’m Rachael, a certified Bradley Method® Provisional Affiliate and doula.

I live in Spokane, Washington and currently offer online classes and the option for in-person classes locally.

Classes are small (no more than 8 couples), span 12-weeks, and cover nutrition, exercise, relaxation, creating your birth plan, unmedicated childbirth, how to ask qualifying questions, how to be your own best advocate, as well as labor rehearsal, breast-feeding, and understanding your birth goals.

I have had my own Bradley Method® natural childbirth with no interventions. My husband was such a good coach and we had such a great experience that I felt a calling to help other couples achieve their natural childbirth goals.

*Saturdays, 9:00-11:00 am PST, 5/16 – 8/8

June – Wednesdays, 6:30-8:30 pm PST, 6/3 – 8/19

*Sundays, 2:30-4:30 pm PST, 6/14 – 9/6

July – Tuesdays, 6:30-8:30 pm PST, 7/7 – 9/22

August – Thursdays, 6:30-8:30 pm PST, 8/13 – 10/29

*Saturdays, 9:00-11:00 am PST, 8/15 – 10/31

*Indicates that a scheduled class falls on a holiday. That week will be skipped and/or holding class will be put to a class vote. Classes will be offered for those who miss a class due to observation of the holiday in question if class is held.
