Hi, I’m Rachael, a certified Bradley Method® Affiliate and doula.
I live in Spokane, Washington and currently offer online classes.
Classes are small (no more than 4 couples), span 12-weeks, and cover nutrition, exercise, relaxation, creating your birth plan, unmedicated childbirth, how to ask qualifying questions, how to be your own best advocate, as well as labor rehearsal, breast-feeding, and understanding your birth goals.
I have had my own Bradley Method® natural childbirth with no interventions. My husband was such a good coach and we had such a great experience that I felt a calling to help other couples achieve their natural childbirth goals.
