I’ve been teaching The Bradley Method since 2008 and have been supporting moms and dads birthing in hospitals as a doula since 2009.  I’ve been assisting families birthing at home and in birth centers as a birth assistant since 2015.  I have four kids whose four labors have taught me many lessons!

For babies who will be born April 2026 and beyond. . .a new series begins Wednesday Jan 7, 2026 (final class March 25).  We meet on Zoom from 7-9pm. ​

For babies who will be born late June 2026 and beyond. . .a new series begins Monday March 9, 2026 (final class June 1).  We meet weekly on Zoom from 7-9pm. ​ No class April 6 (Easter Monday).

For babies who will be born late July 2026 and beyond. . .a new series begins Wednesday April 22, 2026 (final class July 8).  We meet on Zoom from 7-9pm. ​

 In the Bradley Method we want to teach anyone expecting a baby who wants to learn.  If you are interested but have schedule conflicts, other obstacles, or if you are already in your third trimester please reach out and I’ll see what I can do to make something work for you!

This comprehensive birth class will prepare you for labor, birth, and your baby’s newborn time/your recovery whether you birth in a hospital, at a birth center, or at home.
