Hi! My name is Sarah Dickenson, and I am a Provisionally Affiliated Bradley®  Instructor based in Harvest, Alabama. As one of five, I am blessed that my parents shared with each of us how they had repeated success with the Bradley®  Method. I knew this was the method I would hope to use for my own births, and my husband was on board from the start! We were able to achieve our desired birth experience for our first daughter using this method, and we intend to for the rest of our children too! I wholeheartedly believe giving birth naturally is what God designed women’s bodies to do–you can do it! I also believe that Cesarean Sections and other medical interventions can be life-saving techniques that we are blessed to have in this modern age. Acknowledging this, my hope is to give expectant couples the confidence, knowledge, and tools to achieve the birth experience they desire in both the non-emergency and emergency childbirth scenarios. 

At this time, I am a stay-at-home-mom and a Provisional Bradley® Affiliate, meaning I am still undergoing supervised training as I start to teach this year, 2026. I will be providing in-person classes in Harvest, AL and online classes starting in August. Hybrid options may be available as able to coordinate.
