Greetings from the Garden State!

While I reside here in NJ, my teaching – via customized ZOOM Bradley Method® classes – happily reaches far and wide, both stateside and internationally.

What remains absolutely sure amid all the world’s craziness is the solid, thorough and engaging Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth curriculum. I teach the full 12 units of Bradley® instruction in a more customized condensed form for private and semi-private couple sessions.
Who am I and what is my philosophy?

I invite you to join with me on your childbirthing adventure.  I have been a certified Bradley Method® Childbirth Instructor since 1994 and have two Bradley® births of my own (Rebecca born in 1990, and Willem in 1997) to my credit. As a Bradley teacher, certified Birth Doula (D.O.N.A), professional Actress, Birth Photographer and Yoga Instructor, I take pride in the way I can communicate and meet you precisely where you ARE, then intelligently, sensitively & with good humor, guide you where you want to be. I look forward to sharing with you all that I know about childbirth, so you can choose what’s right for you in labor and be ever at source.

Knowledge brings strength, peace of mind and openness, qualities essential for a positive birth experience.  I look forward to being your guide on this amazing journey into parenthood and beyond 🙂
