Welcome to my page, and thank you for your interest in natural childbirth. 🌱

My husband and I first discovered our passion for natural birth when we were expecting our oldest daughter. We remain profoundly grateful for the knowledge and confidence The Bradley Method® gave us as first-time parents. Since then, I have had three wonderful birth experiences utilizing this method, including one military hospital birth and two home births.

How This Class Supports You

Experiencing different birth environments taught us how many choices and challenges families actually face. Our primary goal is to equip moms and their partners to:

• ✔️ Equip the husband/partner to be a confident, active birth coach.
• ✔️ Understand optimal prenatal nutrition and physical preparation.
• ✔️ Find your voice to confidently discuss choices with providers and advocate for your ideal birth.

Class Details & Enrollment 💻

To best serve families, I offer live, interactive online classes. The Bradley Method® curriculum is taught as a dedicated 12-week series designed to fully prepare you and your coach for labor. I have two upcoming series in July and October. 🗓️
