  • The date of Annual Renewal and Dues is approaching
  • Your status has changed, such as becoming an Affiliate or Provisional Affiliate, or you are being reinstated
  • The Statement of Policy has been updated

You must have a current, signed Statement of Policy on file with the Bradley Method® in order to be an authorized Affiliate or Provisional Affilliate, to use the Bradley Method name and materials in any manner associated with childbirth education or services, and to access the website.

Once you have signed the document, a copy will be sent to you by email. You may also access your signed documents under “Manage My Account”.
