Welcome to Our New BradleyMethod.com Website!
You have been redirected to this web page, as we have transitioned the purchase and administration of Student licenses (which provides Student Center Access) to our new site. We are in the process of migrating all of the functionality of the AAHCC.come and BradleyBirth.com sites into BradleyMethod.com. When complete, anyone accessing the legacy sites will *auto-magically* be presented with the content they are seeking, from the new BradleyMethod.com site. Our support team is working to make this transistion as easy and trouble-free as possible.
In addition to a lot of new, updated and exciting content for the new site, we are updating and modernizing processes and practices, with an ear to the suggestions we’ve received from our Bradley Method® community. We’ve also listened to your advice and concerns that too much change, too quickly is difficult and uncomfortable. In response our design team has worked to maintain a familiar look-and-feel reminiscent of our legacy websites. This will evolve and be modernized over time, guided by your feedback. Please read our newsletters to stay abreast of current progress. If you have any technical problems or questions, contact us at support@bradleymethod.com. If you would like to share suggestions or concerns about content or policy, we’d love to hear from you at info@aahcc.com.
Below are instructions, links to Job Aid “how-to” videos, and FAQs pertaining to the task at hand — purchasing and issuing Student Licenses, which also provide student access to the Student Center.
Steps for Purchasing & Issuing Student Licenses
- Log into BradleyMethod.com. This will automatically take you to the Educators page.
- Click on Purchase Student Center Access Licenses
- In the page that appears, be sure to check the box that says, “Is this a gift?” At this time, “gift” is how the software describes issuing a license to a student, since you, the instructor purchase and issue licenses to your students — students cannot purchase a license for themselves; only current Affiliate or Provisional Bradley Method® may purchase and issue licenses. Refer to the image below as a guide:
- Next, click on “Purchase Student Access Licenses”, and complete the purchase. After providing payment, you will be prompted for information the system will use to notify your student of their license and login details. Note: if you cancel this message, you can send the message later, or copy the URL link for the license activation from the “GIFT” link on your account profile page. The image below shows an example of configuring the license notice to your student.
- Your new login credentials are your primary e-mail address listed on the AAHCC.com site (not your label number!), and the same password you used on that site.

FAQs
Q. When my student receives their license, how do they get started?
Bradley Method JobAid - Activating a Student License
Q. How can I check to see if my student activated their license?
Bradley Method JobAid - Confirming Student License was Activated
Q. Can I pre-purchase Student Licenses?
A. Although it is possible to purchase licenses, and skip assiging them, we recommend against this. Licenses should normally be purchased as-needed. Once activated, licenses are good for 8 months. However, unactivated/unassigned licenses are subject to expiration after 6 months. If you have unused licenses that were purchased more than 6 months ago, please contact us at info@aahcc.com, (818) 788-6663, or (800) 4A-Birth go discuss your situation.
Q. Do I have to buy a license for every one of my students, even if some of them are not planning to access the Student Center?
A. Yes. You must purchase AND issue a student license for every student (this is part of your contractual obligation with the Academy – see the current Statement of Policy). While Student Center access is a benefit of the Student License, the fee pays for the license, rather than the website access, per se. Also, we ask that you please consider that Student License revenue is an important part of funding continuing Bradley Method® operations, and the continuation of the brand. We work very hard to keep the license cost as low as possible, maximizing your profit. Full license participation plus low license cost supports both your success, and the continuation of the Academy.
Q. What happens if I purchase a license, and the student withdraws from my class before I’ve issued it — or what if I issue it to a student that doesn’t pay me or doesn’t show up for my classes?
A. We suggest that you collect a non-refundable sign-up deposit from students, sufficient to cover the cost of the Student License, so that you do not lose money if a student cancels on you unexpectedly. If you end up with a Student License that can’t be issued to the originally intended student, you my send that license to a different student, as long as it has not been activated (see the Job Aids for help on doing this).
Q. In the old system, students had a shared license, with two login accounts. That is, for one license fee, there were two separate logins. What is different in the new system?
A. As a courtesy, to help make the transition as easy as possible for student couples already using the old system, both partners will find that their old login works on the new system. However, new student licenses (which are all purchased on the new site from now on) provide only one user ID and password. Couples (defined as the expectant mother and her coach) are permitted to share one ID and password, and one Student License covers the expectant mother and her coach). It is prohibited to share userIDs and passwords with other persons. Licenses and access to the Student Center website are intended for students enrolled in and attending Bradley Method® childbirth classes, only.
