TENISHA LYNCH

Hi! I’m Tenisha Lynch, AAHCC—an Affiliated Bradley® Instructor. We are a military family and we are currently living in Japan. I also teach online classes to couples in our permanent location- Pensacola, Florida.

I became passionate about The Bradley Method® after the birth of my first son, which was empowering, natural, and full of interventions. Although natural, it was full of interventions and I knew there had to be a better way. I began a long journey of discovering what I wanted to do differently the second time around and quickly found The Bradley Method®. My following births were intervention free and now I teach to help other couples experience the joy of birth. The Bradley Method® provided a complete childbirth education. Since 2015 I have been offering Bradley® classes and we have welcomed three more children to our family.

My classes offer a blend of education and support. We cover nutrition, exercises, relaxation, stages of labor, birth plans, variations and complications, positive communication, and most importantly training husbands/partners as a labor coach.
