Hi, prospective Bradley students. I hope your pregnancy is going smoothly.

My name is Rachel Carballo. I have a Master’s degree in Public Health with a specialization in Maternal Child Health. I am also currently working on my second Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, which is why I have been taking a break from teaching. I have missed it. I am planning to return to teaching in April 2026.

I have two kids, both were Bradley births. My husband and I had such an incredible experience with the Bradley Method. I have been teaching since 2015. I hope that my enthusiasm for the class will be infectious if you choose to come learn with me. Making the classes fun and engaging, as well as informative, is a priority for me.

I typically teach two to three times a year, often on Sunday evenings from 5:30-7:30pm.

I live out in the country, so I teach online (live, not recorded). I know many couples are not able to make it to an in-person class and it’s important to me that everyone who wants to access the course is able to.

The Bradley Method consists of 12 classes over 12 weeks.

If your partner is not available to do classes, don’t let that stop you. Anyone of your choosing can be trained to be your birth partner.
