Welcome! I’m Leigha Kelley, an AAHCC Provisionally Affiliated Bradley® Instructor.

Congratulations on your pregnancy! I am so glad you are here. Are you ready to embark on a journey towards a healthy pregnancy and the natural childbirth you’ve been dreaming about? You’ve come to the right place.

The Bradley Method® is a twelve-week course designed to provide the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to maintain a healthy pregnancy and give birth naturally. In class, we’ll cover everything from nutrition, exercise, and relaxation to working with your body during labor and understanding the very important role of the coach.

My own journey with The Bradley Method® began when I was expecting my first child. My husband and I took Bradley® classes to prepare for a natural birth, and the experience gave us the knowledge and empowerment to advocate for my needs and wishes, even when the labor did not go exactly as planned.  Two years later, we leaned on what we learned once again as we welcomed our second child with a home birth that filled my heart with so much peace. My joyful birth experiences ignited a passion in me to empower other women to feel prepared, confident, and supported in their births.

Wherever you choose to give birth, you deserve to feel empowered, prepared, and supported! My goal is to help you and your husband (or chosen coach) approach birth with confidence and joy.

I currently offer in-person classes near Cullman, Alabama, AND virtual classes (worldwide), so no matter where you are, you can be part of this journey.
