Welcome! I believe your body is naturally designed to bring your baby into the world—and with the right preparation, support, and confidence, you can embrace that process fully. It is my goal to guide growing families on their journey to achieve an unmedicated, natural birth experience.

In this 12-week Bradley Method® course, you and your birth partner (or chosen coach) will be guided through all facets of pregnancy, labor, birth, and early postpartum. Expect to learn proven relaxation techniques, effective breathing and positioning strategies, deep nutrition insight for a healthy, low-risk pregnancy, partner coaching skills, guidance on becoming your strongest advocate in birth, and essential newborn care and breastfeeding preparation.

I offer:

• Live virtual classes for families anywhere: Open Enrollment- After an introductory session you will jump in on the current unit and attend classes each week until you finish all 12 units. Classes are on-going with small breaks in between. Contact me for our next session date and to schedule your introductory lesson.
• In-person classes in the Smithfield/Garner, NC area- Temporarily inactive
• Private courses are also available upon request, with an added fee, for those who prefer a more personalized pace or schedule

Classes are kept small to ensure each couple receives individual attention, personalized coaching, and plenty of time for questions. Your investment includes the official Bradley Student Workbook, relaxation techniques, engaging practice activities, and ongoing instructor support even after your baby arrives.
