I have been a Bradley Method Instructor for 13 years, serving over 400 families in the tri-county area as they navigate the child-bearing year. I am also a Certified Lactation Counselor with over 6 years of experience in lactation education and support. 

I am passionate about natural childbirth and helping women to trust their bodies, and instincts, in order to achieve the safest birth possible. Partners play an important role in labor support and will learn and practice numerous tools and techniques during class, as well as learn how to advocate for their partner.

With over five years of personal experience with breastfeeding, pumping, and baby-wearing, and continued education in Rebozo, Spinning Babies techniques, and Evidence Based Birth training, my classes are well-rounded and will help you achieve your goals for birth…and beyond!
