When I was first pregnant, I assumed birth would involve pain medication or intervention—until a friend introduced me to the Bradley Method®. Through our classes, my husband and I gained the confidence, knowledge, and teamwork we needed to have four empowering, unmedicated births—three in the hospital and one beautiful water birth at home. 

Those experiences inspired me to become an instructor so I could help couples discover that birth doesn’t have to feel out of control or overwhelming. With the right information, preparation, and support, birth can be safe, empowering, and deeply connected. It would be my honor to guide you and your partner as you prepare for the best birth-day possible!

CLASSES
Classes meet weekly on Monday evenings (in person in Blue Ash, OH or virtually). With small group sizes, couples receive individualized attention and hands-on practice with relaxation, labor rehearsals, and group discussion.

Tuition includes the Bradley workbook, handouts, supplemental resources, weekly emails, and ongoing support. Couples may continue attending classes until their baby arrives. Payment options are available.

As a doula, I am also available to support families during labor with emotional, physical, and informational care.
