Yes, My Affiliation Expired. What Should I Do Now?

If you intend to retire from the Academy, please know that you have our heartfelt and enduring gratitude for your service to families and babies, helping them to have happy birth-days! This is important, life-changing work. We would appreciate it if you would drop us a line at info@bradleymethod.com so that we can acknowledge your contribution and send a message of our thanks and gratitude. We hope this was a happy, if difficult decision for you. But we also want to know if there were less happy or challenging factors that led you to this choice. If so, and there is any chance we can help overcome obstacles or correct problems, we’d be grateful for that opportunity.

If you simply missed the renewal deadline for your annual dues, don’t panic! We’ve automatically moved you to a special, “Lapsed Affiliate” membership. This membership provides you with a limited time opportunity to either return to full Affiliate status by paying current annual dues, or to file for Inactive Affiliate status so that you may take a worry-free sabbatical, with reduced annual dues.

I Want To Renew My Affiliation

Great! Simply click on this link to get started. You will pay your dues, agree to (and subsequently e-sign) the Statement of Policy, and get started completing the rest of the renewal process (submit continuing education requirements, annual survey statistics, etc.).  Be sure to move your Directory Listings back to published status, and update/refresh them, as needed.

I Want To Switch To Inactive Status Until Next Renewal

No problem! Click on this link to change your membership to Inactive status, at a substantially reduced price. Inactive status preserves your ability to return to active Affiliate status later by simply paying the current dues at that time. Remember, while you are an Inactive Affiliate, your Directory Listings will be unpublished, and you may not do Doula work or teach childbirth classes, and you may not use the Bradley Method® name or trademarks or materials. Becoming an Inactive Affiliate avoids the problems and costs of later seeking reinstatement (this is not always granted, is substantially more expensive, and may require re-training).
