Hi All,
I’ve got a question about the rate of premature babies. In Chapter 10: When Will the Baby Come? of Husband-Coached Childbirth p. 189, Dr. Bradley notes that the rate of premature babies has been increasing. I have not done any research into this but, empirically, I do often hear about a lot of premature births in my social circle. Does anyone have a pet theory or research to support why the rate of premature babies may be on the rise, or whether or not this is demonstrable? I’m curious to hear your thoughts.
