Welcome! We are Anthony & Valentina Negowetti, a husband-and-wife team of provisional Bradley Method® instructors serving Central New Jersey and expectant families online.
Please note: We are currently provisional affiliates of the American Academy of Husband-Coached Childbirth® (AAHCC). As provisional instructors, we are in the process of completing our full certification requirements. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality Bradley Method® education under the guidance of the AAHCC.
Our journey into birth education is deeply personal — we experienced the power of the Bradley Method firsthand through our own birth, and that experience transformed the way we think about pregnancy, labor, and the incredible role partners play in the process. We knew we had to share this with other families.
Though we are newer to teaching, our passion for evidence-based, natural birth preparation is at the heart of everything we do. Together, we bring a warm, empowering approach to every class, helping couples feel confident, informed, and truly ready for one of life’s greatest moments.
In our classes, you can expect:

• A thorough, 12-week curriculum grounded in the Bradley Method
• A strong focus on the partner as the primary labor coach
• Evidence-based information on nutrition, relaxation, and natural labor techniques
• A supportive, judgment-free environment for all types of families

We offer in-person classes in the Central NJ area as well as live online courses for families who prefer to learn from the comfort of home.
