Hello! My name is Roxanne Lewis, and I’m a Bradley® Certified Childbirth Educator and Professional Bradley® Doula. After a very long and difficult induction with our first baby, my husband and I committed to obtaining the education we needed to feel better prepared for our next birth. These courses made us feel confident and equipped to advocate for our wishes, communicate positively with our birth team, and face the challenges of labor head on with a sense of calm and relaxation. Not only that, but we achieved multiple smooth and (I dare say) painless deliveries! Come and find out for yourself how these courses can do the same for you.

This course looks like:

8-12 sessions

1 night a week for approximately 2 hours

interactive discussion, games, and coping techniques

in-person OR online (zoom)
