My name is Deb McCann. I have been teaching the Bradley Method classes since 2012. I am a mom to 4 boys born between the years of 2006-2014. When we are not camping, hiking or hunting we are busy with wrestling and football. I am also a birth doula. My first doula baby was born in 2005 so I have been in the birth world for a long time. I also do placenta encapsulation, trained in postpartum doula work, pregnancy and infant loss doula support and am now a student midwife. My goal is to become a home birth midwife in Ohio in the next couple of years. I love teaching the Bradley classes because it really helps to educate families so they can become their own advocates. These classes truly cover A-Z of pregnancy, birth and postpartum. We do birth plans, along with talking about a postpartum plan, nutrition, exercises, what labor looks like, how to recognize the signs of when it is time to head to the hospital or call your midwife relaxation techniques and so so much more. Whether you are having a hospital birth, home birth, medicated birth, unmediated birth planned c section or anything in between, I would love to have you join my classes. I tell my clients all of the time those who plan to have an epidural are actually the ones who need education and support more. I offer in person classes in Dublin, Ohio along with bringing people in virtually to those classes. Don’t see dates that work for you? Email me and lets see what we can work out.
