I am a mom of 2 grown daughters and a 26 year veteran doula who has helped hundreds of families navigate birth & early postpartum recovery in SE Michigan.  We used the principals of The Bradley Method® for the birth of our youngest with great success, after having one of those ‘fly by the seat of my pants’ births with our first child.  This lead me from teaching another method of childbirth ed. to teaching The Bradley Method®. Natural childbirth really does work!  I am excited to be a part of the lives of so many birthing people and their families and I hope to be able to share as much as I can about natural childbirth to help make a difference in our community and in the world.

In this class you WILL leave with all the necessary coping skills for labor and early parenthood. My class is centered around EVIDENCE BASED care and I help each of my students navigate the choices available to them at their specific hospital of choice OR help students have the home birth of their dreams!

There is no more complete childbirth preparation program than this! 

 *Brighton classes are located a short distance from all major highways and are taught in a quiet, peaceful setting. I am centrally located in Brighton between Ann Arbor, Howell, Milford or Novi and am easily accessible from Fenton or Lansing as well. Classes are also available online and can be completed no matter where you are!

Sessions will cover all of the important facets of The Bradley Method® in the standard 12 week fashion. My course includes the official student workbook, a complete lending library, in-depth breastfeeding education and assistance & OVER 2 decades of experience with birth & parenting! In fact, some teachers in the area used to be my students!!
