Thank you for visiting my site! I am excited that you’re here because I love sharing information with people and helping them along their own journeys in life. I am a stay-at-home mother of four spirited kiddos and have a wonderful husband who teaches high school. We have always been drawn to living life in its natural form. My journey to becoming a Bradley teacher started during my first pregnancy. I attended Bradley classes with my husband; we both loved becoming informed about pregnancy, the birthing process, and we even felt more empowered as parents once our son arrived.

My first birth did not go as planned, but I am so thankful that I had taken Bradley classes to prepare me for what happened every step of the way. I went on to have a natural birth with my second pregnancy, a cesarean with my third because he was transverse, and another cesarean with my fourth birth. I value all of my experiences and am glad that as a Bradley instructor, I can offer personal experience with a medicated hospital birth, an unmedicated birth center birth, and cesarean birth.

I truly enjoy teaching couples everything that they need to know in order to have a healthy pregnancy, pleasant birth experience, and an enjoyable postpartum stage!

My classes:

My Bradley® series is a very comprehensive course.  I teach classes at my church in the Southside area of Jax or out of my home in the Westside of Jacksonville, depending on schedule needs.  My next series will start at the end of March, early April and will likely meet at my church. We will meet every week for the duration of the series, unless a major holiday falls on the day of class. Classes are each 2.5 hours in length.  Throughout the series, a typical class will involve discussing information in the student workbook, hearing stories from my experience, various learning activities, and even a labor rehearsal. Couples often really enjoy the community that develops between classmates.

My class fee includes all materials used in class.  I am available for any questions/support via phone, text, and email throughout the series and all the way through the students’ labors and deliveries. I also offer a complimentary postpartum visit, which can be very helpful for couples to process their birth experiences and to ask any questions that they may have.  I have also enjoyed helping many moms with breastfeeding during this visit.

I recently started offering an online option! Contact me for more details 🙂
