Welcome! I would love to meet you and help you have a wonderful pregnancy, a positive & empowered birth, and a baby with the very best start!  It is a privilege to help couples and their babies along the path to joyous childbirth.

I have been an affiliated Bradley® instructor and doula for over 20 years. I knew when taking my Bradley® class pregnant with my first child that I eventually wanted to teach.  Each of my children were natural births—two at a hospital and one at home.

Birthing my own children, teaching classes and attending births in a variety of birth settings provides me with understanding and knowledge that enhances the curriculum and brings real world scenarios to each unique class group. I strive to get to know couples individually and relate to their specific needs and situation. Many local couples also choose to add me to their birth team as their doula which delivers a continuum of support.

Virtual classes are live and interactive. I encourage couples to get to know one another, ask questions, engage in a variety of activities, and practice skills. Virtual classes allow me to include couples from all over the state of Wisconsin, the UP of Michigan, and northern Illinois that otherwise would not have access to a Bradley® childbirth class.
