It took two to make this baby, and it takes two to prepare for the birth you actually want.

At Our BirthRoom, we train both of you—mom and partner—to work with labor, not against it. This isn’t a class where your partner fades into the background. It’s a team-centered, empowering experience taught by a PA + Family Doc duo (hi, that’s us!) with over 25 years of combined medical experience and four natural births of our own.

You’ll learn how to:

• Replace fear with confidence

• Prepare your partner to be your Daddy Doula

• Communicate clearly with your birth team

• Navigate interventions with calm and clarity

• Build a birth plan that actually works for you

We believe confidence changes everything. And when both of you are equipped, birth becomes something you don’t just endure—it becomes something you own.
